Today I wanted to quickly introduce you to a great little free plugin: the BX_Cleansweep V2 by Brainworx.
It’s a very simple highpass and lowpass filter that will help you clean any unwanted low and high frequencies, thus resulting in a cleaner and more pronounced mix.

BX_Cleansweep V2 is designed to go into every channel as the first plugin.
Here’s what’s really beautiful about this plugin (in addition to the looks and the interface): It doesn’t suffer from problems presented by the Nyquist theorem, unlike the typical digital EQ plugins.
This in short means it doesn’t suffer from warping or aliasing of audio signal in the highest end of the spectrum. With many of the conventional EQ’s and filters, the signal starts go get affected as you move closer to 20050 Hz (if working at the common sampling frequency of 44100 Hz).
